Hi, my name is Kristian Sievert and I am proud to be practicing general dentistry here in Reno. While I was born in Philadelphia, PA, I grew up in the Reno area, and part of my family goes back 3 generations to eastern Nevada. After attending Galena High School, I studied at the University of San Diego where I obtained a degree in chemistry. I then attended dental school at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine and began practicing dentistry in 2011.
Dentistry has been an exciting and rewarding career. I enjoy the variety of procedures that I see as a general dentist. I especially like helping patients get out of pain and achieve a good state of oral health. I also appreciate getting to know everyone as they come in for their regularly scheduled (and sometimes unscheduled) visits.
Outside of the office, if I am not enjoying time with my wife Regina, our son Andre, and daughter Naomi, you will find me working under the hood of an old Toyota Landcruiser, out in the middle of nowhere hunting, skiing at Mt Rose, gardening (at least trying), dirt bike riding, and if none of those then tinkering with something in the garage. I feel very fortunate to call Reno our home as we have a wonderful community, great quality of life, amazing weather, and are a 1-2 hour drive away from almost any outdoor activity you can think of. Some of my favorite places include the Rubicon Trail, the mountains of central Nevada, the Jarbidge Wilderness in NE Nevada, and Moab, UT.
